How do I join IntegraNet?

There are absolutely no fees associated with being a member of IntegraNet.  We require that physicians complete and send us a Texas Standardized Credentialing application along with a signed IntegraNet contract (indicating which plans they wish to participate in) and a copy of the licensure and other standard credentialing information.  Please call us toll-free at (800) 994-1388, option 1, and ask for Provider Relations should you wish to join.
