During her 30 years in the Nursing profession, Connie has worked in all venues of Health Care.  She started her career in Hospital Nursing working on the Pre- and Post-Surgical floor for two years, and later transferred to surgery.  She worked in all departments of the hospital and was promoted to Assistant Nursing Director.

Her career in Case Management began in San Diego CA, working with Cigna Health Care for two years.  After transferring to Houston, Connie worked for AMI the Hospital Group and then MetLife HMO, where she was instrumental in obtaining their HMO accreditation in Texas.

After several years at MetLife, Connie took a position as Director of Case Management at Prudential Insurance and was involved with successful completion of a three year NCQA accreditation for Prudential.  In December 2006, she  joined IntegraNet as the first Nurse Case Manager for the company.  Since that time, IntegraNet has increased in size and has expanded into four other states.

Vincent Roth

Director of Contracting and Financial Analysis

BBA – University of Houston, 1990 Double Major – Human Resource Management and Marketing with minor in Psychology

Background and Experience:
During his more than 20 years of experience, Vincent Roth has successfully worked from all sides of the medical industry.  He has worked for hospitals, hospital based physicians, HMO’s, IPA’s, Insurance Agencies, and a home visit based Nurse Practitioner company.  He has worked in operations, finance, network development, IT, marketing and clinical quality.  Vincent Roth held leadership positions and successfully achieved full accreditation with JCHO, NCQA and URAQ.  Vincent Roth joined IntegraNet in December 2006.  Since his joining IntegraNet has more than quadrupled in size and has expanded geographically into four additional states.
