Founded by CEO Lawrence J. Wedekind in 1996, IntegraNet is one of the Houston area’s largest Independent Physician Associations representing over 1,200 Primary Care and Specialty Physician practices. Our executives and staff have more than 75 years of combined experience in medical, healthcare and hospital administration.
An Independent Integrated Delivery Network & Physician Association, IntegraNet was established to provide area physicians an advocate in order to earn the best reimbursements from our contracted Medicare and Medicaid health plans. IntegraNet also provides strong Pay for Performance metrics that help physicians achieve healthier patient populations, better quality of care for patients, higher reimbursement levels, and improved compliance with CMS and other care guidelines.
Integranet offers highly lucrative Pay for Performance bonus opportunities, physician ownership opportunities, as well as world class claims resolution service. Our provider relations team is ready to assist you with all your plan-related questions. We also offer Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records.
IntegraNet acts as a vehicle for the independent physician or physician group to help ease the growing burden of credentialing. We also assist physicians in tracking changes with various health plans, and offer physicians a choice as to which Health Plans they would like to participate in.
IntegraNet member physicians enjoy the strength of having a network of over 1,200 physician practices, and also the ease of a one-stop credentialing service for all of their health plans. IntegraNet offers an array of services to our contracted physicians who are seeking our business and management expertise, such as Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records. We are always looking for new and innovative ways to enhance the physician’s practice by offering the physician a host of new products and services to assist their practice.
IntegraNet provides services including: plan negotiation, coding assistance, physician education, and health plan administration. Our contracted physicians undergo a rigorous application process and must meet our credentialing standards as set forth by the various state licensing boards.
